Kate Edwards Guest Workshop: Shoulder Rehab

Have you struggled with shoulder injury in the past? Do you want to build a good base of strength and flexibility for more advanced moves? In this workshop - Kate will guide you through a shoulder specific warm-up followed by a series of exercises you can complete at home or at the studio to make your shoulders fit for purpose. All that attend this workshop will receive a free thera-band to continue your training with!

Julie's Dance Studio, based in Sholing, Southampton, provides a safe and friendly environment for dance and fitness classes for children and adults alike. The studio offers a varied class timetable throughout the week, and over weekends. All instructors are appropriately qualified, insured, DBS checked and hold a First Aid certificate.
