SoFit is a 12 week plan to achieve short term fat loss and muscular gains, and encourage long term lifestyle changes that can be maintained after the plan has finished. Not only will there be 12 weeks of group training and home workouts as well as nutritional support and advice throughout, you will also gain better knowledge and understanding of diet and exercise, with our info handouts. These short texts will aim to bust some of those nutrition myths and enable you to leave the plan with an altered mindset and a healthy, positive approach to food, exercise and lifestyle.
If you book on for the full course, you will be sent the zoom link and login information to log into the classes, at the start of the course. If you book in for drop in sessions you will receive this information an hour before the class starts.
