Pilates Progression

This 3 week course, which is set over 3 x 1hr sessions is designed to support those who wish to progress their Pilates practice including intermediate/advanced movements to improve strength, mobility and flexibility further. 

There are only 4 spaces available on this course to allow for more support and in depth instruction, especially with the more challenging movements. 

Please bring your own mats. All other equipment will be provided. 

Due to the types of exercises being introduced, this course is suitable for those who have already been practicing Pilates regularly for a while. Terms & Conditions: To register for this course full payment of £42 via Teamup is required to secure a place. This course is limited to 4 participants. All courses at Gyre Fit Studios have a minimum age of 18.

Refunds if replaced: If you register for this class and drop out, you will receive a refund if; the class never filled up or, the class filled up, but after you dropped out filled up again.
