A practical workshop drawing on the principles of Pilates and how to apply them to traditional strength training exercises to elevate your workouts.

Join movement specialist Amalia for this 60 minute session where she will guide you through a series of both Pilates exercises as wells as strength training exercises to help you execute your workouts with more power, focus, ease, and confidence. 

This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels. Spaces limited to 8 participants. 

All equipment will be provided including mats. However do feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.
