PROGRAMMING ONLY:
What's included: This option is best for individuals desire a progressive gym programme that they can easily
follow. You can choose from a selection of different training styles, subject to your own goal(s) and desires. These programmes are designed to help you get fitter & stronger.
You will have access to a user-friendly, easy to use appthat you can track your progress and workouts on.
This membership requires a minimum commitment of three months to ensure you have time to achieve noticeable results.
Whats included: This option is similar to BASIC, but the programme will be tailored to your own individual goal(s), experience, skill level and equipment access. This will allow a more direct, intimate relationship between coach & client, with greater potential for better results.
Alongside the user-friendly, easy to use app that you can track your progress and workouts on, you will receive nutritional advice & support, and weekly check ins in which we will review your week and make any required changes.
This membership requires a minimum commitment of three months to ensure you have time to achieve noticeable results.
What’s included: This includes all of the “silver” package, but is supplemented with access to your own personal coaching hub, in which we deep dive into your life both inside & outside of the gym. You will also have access to my very own “members lab” - an Encyclopedia for health and fitness, containing endless content on exercise, mentality, food recipes and more! This is the most popular package choice.
