→ If you can no longer attend a reserved class, you can move your booking to another class up to 48 hours before it is scheduled to run.
→ If you fail to cancel within the 48 hours, you'll be marked as a late cancellation, money will be lost and can't be redeemed.

Places are strictly limited and terms and conditions are therefore firmly in place.
Under no circumstances, please do not ask for special treatment, to ensure fairness to all and to protect Bodybarre as a small business, please adhere to the rules, it simply is not possible to break them, thank you.
All fees are due in full upon class registration.
Once payment is received, your booking is then final, fees are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable. By booking your classes online via the Bodybarre TeamUp platform, you must register your details before enrolling for a class. Once sign up is complete, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, policies, disclaimers and health and safety waivers.
You cannot freeze your membership.
We will only freeze your membership should the Government enforce us to close. You will be contacted at the earliest convenience should we need to take action. Your booking will be paused and reactivated once Government permission granted.
On purchasing Pole Move it membership, you will have 35 days to book and attend 8 classes from the Pole Move it timetable.
If less than three people book onto a Pole Move it class, the session will be cancelled, a minimum of 24 hours notice will be given. Your payment will be returned to your TeamUp account as credit.
If you need to rearrange, you have 48 hours before your scheduled class, to cancel. Once cancelled, you will then receive TeamUp account credit to use another time.
IMPORTANT > If you do not cancel your class within this time frame, this will be marked as a late cancellation, and you will still be charged whether you attend or not. Refunds will not be issued. No exceptions.
You cannot give your class to another person to take your place. Booked sessions can only be attended by the person named on the register.
