This is a resistance workout like no other!
Flying fitness really sums it up!
Allow the bungee cords to make some moves easier and some more challenging! Jumping Jacks and Squats are really enjoyable when performed in a harness! Come and get your strength and cardio fix and fling yourself around!
Lots of fantastic exercises that make even press ups extraordinary!
Feeling the burn has never been so much fun!
***Layers are best! Leggings with neoprene shorts over the top, or just neoprene shorts, this helps cushion the hips from the harness.
***Remove jewellery, and watch to ensure no damage.
***Don't forget your trainers.
***Bring with you: A towel to mop your brow and a rehydrating drink.
