***Suitable for all levels and beginners very welcome.
Grab your high heels, slip into some knee pads and prepare to slink around the pole and floor surf!
Release your inner siren and learn some super sexy, easy to follow moves. Linking sexy pole dance poses and tricks, with flirty floorwork as you learn a routine to music. Good news; no previous pole experience necessary, so let's get playing! Hair flicks, kicks and stunning tricks await…

What to wear and what to bring
***Don't forget your shorts, high heels and most importantly - knee pads!! Wear layers for the warm-up, ex: leggings, hoodie.
***Remove jewellery, and watch to ensure no damage.
***Please don't moisturise or fake tan the body on the day of your class. This will make the pole slippery, resulting in no grip for the user.
***Bring with you: Microfibre towel to clean the pole, a separate towel to mop your brow and other bits!, a rehydrating drink, and grip aid (not compulsory) chalk ball or liquid chalk.
