8 CLASS PACK (4 WEEK EXPIRY) CLASS PACK DETAILS:
This pack includes 8 group classes, valid for 4 weeks from the date of your first registration. It can be used for any of our 60-minute group classes.
ELIGIBLE CLASSES: You can use this pack for any of the following class types:
- Beginner Pole
- Intermediate Pole
- Advanced Pole
- Heels
- Flexibility
- Pole Choreography (Pole Choreo)
- Fly Pole
- Online Flexibility & Recording
- Mixed Level
- 60 Minute Workshops (Not including guest instructors)
Note: Class packs cannot be used towards any of our courses.
VALIDITY & EXPIRY: The class pack activates on the day of your first use and remains valid for 4 weeks. Once this period ends, any unused classes will expire.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, the class will be deducted from your pack.
HOLD POLICY: Members may place their class pack on hold for a minimum of one week and a maximum of three months at a time. Each member may use up to three holds per calendar year at no charge. Any additional holds within the same year will incur a £10 fee per hold.
A minimum of one month’s notice is required to place a class pack on hold. All hold requests must be submitted via email to info@thepolelab.co.uk. When a class pack is placed on hold, the expiry date will be extended by the length of the hold period.
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE: - Class packs are non-refundable. - They cannot be sold, transferred to another student, or swapped. - Class packs cannot be extended due to illness, holidays, bank holidays, or studio cancellations due to low class numbers.
