Reduced Hours During Special Periods The Pole Labs operating hours may be adjusted during the festive period and similarly when XPERT training courses are hosted there might be adjustments to the regular class schedule. Specific details regarding reduced hours will be communicated to members in advance via social media and will be visible on the timetable at least one month prior to the event.
10. Liability:

When you become a Member and each time you use the Studio or participate in a Class, you must ensure that you are in good physical condition and know of no medical or other reason why you should not exercise - If unsure you should not use the Studio or participate in a Class until you have sought appropriate medical guidance and been given the go-ahead.
b. The Pole Lab will not accept liability for any injuries or losses whatsoever that you sustain whilst participating in any class or whilst using studio facilities.
