Women's Only Vinyasa Beginners Course

The intention behind this four week block is to get you feeling comfortable and confident to attend a vinyasa yoga class. Over the 4 weeks you will work through various transitions and postures that would commonly come up in a vinyasa practice. It’s also an opportunity to try out our hot studio the “Destroyer” in a supportive and welcoming women’s only group. Registering for this course will sign you up for 4 weeks but drop in's for single sessions are also available, please book under 'Women's Only Drop In'. This course is also great for those who would like to refresh the basics!
