This membership gives you 5 classes for just £45.15 per month. It works out at £11 if you attend 1 class a week for 46 weeks of the year.

The bonus is that you always have access to the on-demand recordings, so if you can't make a class because you're unwell or on holiday, you always have that option. The membership will be taken as a direct debit from your account each month. Minimum commitment of 3 months
