Braze January Beginners Course

4 sessions in 4 weeks to learn the fundamentals of Crossfit with a coach.

In this course we safely will teach you:
- The Fundamental CrossFit Movements,
- The Olympic Lifts,
- An introduction to our Gymnastics movements,
- What a CrossFit Class is like

In addition, the course includes:

- 9 class credits for timetabled classes (total of 13 hours of expert coaching)

- Certificate upon completion of the course

- Beginner start up Ebook containing everything you need to know about getting the most out of your CrossFit journey

- Braze journey road map and Movement cheat sheet

Upon Completion of the Beginner Course, this membership will roll into our Bronze membership. This membership includes 13 class credits per month and is ideal for those looking to attend up to 3 classes per week. Credits can be used to attend any class on the schedule.

If you wish to opt out of our membership, just let us know within 7 days after completion of the Beginner Course.
