Health-span is what we really want, living longer but also being healthy enough to enjoy that longevity.
The 11 days will start from your first class attendance, Rudis coach’s will be on hand to help and assist you as required. If you have any questions be sure to make contact through email or social media, or ask them in person when you attend class.
