This purchase bills every month. The first payment is due on the purchase's start date. Payments will continue for the duration of the purchase.
The purchase runs for an initial minimum term of 3 months and will automatically continue unless the purchaser cancels. During this initial period, the purchase cannot be cancelled or frozen.
To cancel the purchase, 30 days notice must be given, in writing via email to reformer@thefitcollectiveltd.co.uk. Cancellation requests cannot be taken via text or other message, phone call, in person, or any other method.
Purchase Plans can be frozen for up to a maximum of 2 months each year on a maximum of 2 separate occasions for a minimum of 1 week at a time. Purchase freezes result in any reduction owing in purchase fees to be taken in the following month's payment so that payment reduces.
Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the purchase.
As this is a subscription, fees are chargeable for the monthly instalments and these are included within the overall monthly fee presented.
All 10 sessions must be booked and sessions attended within each month. Sessions cannot be carried forward into another month under any circumstances.
The payments for each month are non refundable and not transferable. No partial refunds are available for any sessions unused.
Whilst all efforts will be made by the provider to ensure sufficient space on classes where they are alerted by the purchaser about any difficulty finding available classes to book, the responsibility of booking classes far enough in advance to schedule all sessions lies with the purchaser.
Once booked, classes can be cancelled and rescheduled with a minimum notice period of 24 hours of notice for cancellation. Cancellations can only be carried out via the Team up booking site and cannot be accepted by email, message or phone call.
Where a cancellation is made, the purchaser will be responsible for ensuring they are able to book another appropriate session within their monthly subscription period.
After the 24 hour minimum cancellation period, the purchaser can complete a late cancel on the booking site. If the class fills up to full attendance, the credit will be refunded automatically after the class.
All mandatory forms: the contact form, emergency contact form and pre activity readiness form must be completed prior to the first class. The purchaser will not be allowed to attend class without completion of these forms and if they are not completed no refund will be available.
New clients must arrive into the reformer studio 5 minutes prior to the session to prepare. Where new clients arrive after the start of the session, they will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be available. For all other clients, we reserve the right to refuse admission to class when the client arrives after the start time and credits will not be refunded.
Grip socks must be worn for all sessions. These can be purchased in the studio or clients can bring their own. Clients will not be allowed to participate without the use of grip socks and no refunds will be available for anyone who arrives without them and does not purchase a pair for use.
The teacher reserves the right to stop the class or ask the client to end their practice during class in circumstances where the welfare of the client or other clients is deemed to be at risk or where behaviour is inappropriate.
We reserve the right to cancel a purchase at anytime and to change the price for purchase plans. Any changes to price or purchase plans will be communicated to the client first.
