The Gold Health Programme is designed for members who want the fastest, most noticeable improvements through unlimited access, elite-level support, and structured progression.

You’ll have unlimited access to exercise sessions, following a personalised 90-day exercise prescription tailored to your goals, ability, and training frequency. You may secure recurring sessions for routine, while retaining full flexibility to attend any suitable class across the timetable.

Your programme includes advanced progress tracking and more frequent body composition reviews, combined with structured 90-day goal reviews to continually refine your training, maximise results, and support long-term performance and confidence.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month with payment taken by direct debit.
    Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period.
    Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
    Once booked onto a particular course you will automatically be booked onto the following month for that course unless you notify us.
    There is a 30 day cancellation period should you wish to cancel your membership.
    Classes within the course cannot be transferred to another day or another course.
    Any classes that you cannot attend will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to the following month.
    Additional classes can be booked at a 'Pay as You Go' rate of £8 per class.
    If there is a price rise you will be notified 30 days in advance.
    All efforts will be made to cover Instructor absence/ illness.
    Should the class fall on a Bank Holiday you will be provided with the option of attending another class at the clinic or will be given a credit amounting to £7.50.
