The Bronze Health Programme is designed for those new to, or returning to, exercise who want consistency, structure, and professional support without feeling overwhelmed.

You’ll complete one exercise session per week, following a personalised 90-day exercise prescription aligned to your confidence, ability, and goals. You may choose a regular weekly session for routine, with the flexibility to attend an alternative class that week if needed.

Your programme includes a 90-day goal review with basic body composition tracking, allowing us to review progress, adjust your exercise pathway, and keep you moving forward safely and confidently.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month with payment taken by direct debit.
    Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period.
    Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
    Once booked onto a particular course you will automatically be booked onto the following month for that course unless you notify us.
    There is a 30 day cancellation period should you wish to cancel your membership.
    Classes within the course cannot be transferred to another day or another course.
    Any classes that you cannot attend will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to the following month.
    Additional classes can be booked at a 'Pay as You Go' rate of £8 per class.
    If there is a price rise you will be notified 30 days in advance.
    All efforts will be made to cover Instructor absence/ illness.
    Should the class fall on a Bank Holiday you will be provided with the option of attending another class at the clinic or will be given a credit amounting to £7.50.
