Unity Intro Course
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 month.
Our Intro Course is designed to get you up to speed whatever your starting point, the intro course consists of 8 focus sessions over 4 weeks covering all movements and terminologies used in the main classes.

We start with a consultation to understand your reasons for joining, any goals you have, what experience you have, and how we can help you get there.

One size does not fit all and its vital to understand YOU for you to get the most out of Unity Gym.

The intro course also includes a 121 PT session with our head coach James to go through chosen movement in more details.

MOVEMENT SCREENING
We assess your movement patterns making sure everything you do is safe and beneficial to you. We have a “Triage Method” approach, this means we have the ability, on the spot, to identify areas of work-ons and where we need to help you improve each movement

INTENSITY
We all start at different points, we all have different backgrounds in fitness, we introduce intensity into your workouts when YOU are ready.

MOBILITY AND NUTRITION
We look at your diet and your general mobility, we give advice on how to assist recovery and get you to the goals you want to achieve.

HOMEWORK

We want you to fulfil your potential and reach your goals, we will help you do this, but you will have to do the work!

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 month.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
