Yoga Flow (Mondays 5.45pm - 6.35pm)

A yoga class for all levels with a vinyasa-style combining flowing, dynamic postures with some static, holding postures to strengthen, restore and balance the body and mind.

Our 9 week course runs Mondays 5.45pm - 6.35pm. Bring your own mat (if you have one); otherwise we have spares available. 

REFUND POLICY: 

No refunds will be given - if you can no longer attend the course, you can organise for your space to be transferred onto a friend or family member. Please note, health and medical information must be collected on each participant. Therefore, if you are needing to transfer your spot, please contact Tash on healthhigh1@gmail.com
