RESET Yoga (5.45pm - 6.35pm)

A 10 week course led by qualified yoga instructor Katrina. Carve out space to slow down and be present, improve your mobility and strength through a greater range of motion and improve your balance and co-ordination. This Sunday evening class is a great way to set yourself up for the week ahead!

Refund Policy: 

No refunds will be given - if you can no longer attend the course, you can organise for your space to be transferred onto a friend or family member.
