This intro pack entitles new clients to four mat work classes across a four-week time period (you receive a 20% discount across your first four classes). This intro pack enables you to book onto any of the mat work classes on our timetable, so you can try out different levels of classes; Beginners, Improvers, Intermediate and Advanced. Our intro packs work out at £9 per class. We have both online and face-to-face classes running from our dedicated studio.

Here at Paragon Pilates, each class has been designed to mobilise the major joints in the body, improve alignment, reconnect the body with the breath, restore muscle tone and develop core strength.
