CrossFit Foundation Course

Welcome to CrossFit foundations!

 

In this 6 week block, we will teach you all the fundamentals of CrossFit. We will cover weightlifting, strength, gymnastics and conditioning. You will learn all the basic movements using bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight and machines. 

 

This is perfect for those looking to start CrossFit and get comfortable and confident with everything there is to learn.
