Remote Coaching
Train the Project: Athletic way with an individualised remote coaching programme, based off ability, goals and sport.

The remote membership will begin with an athletic base programme, following which, new programme cycles occur every 4 weeks.
With your remote coaching membership you will receive:
- Remote coaching with Whatsapp support.
- Initial athletic base programme.
- Periodised, individualised strength and conditioning programme.
- Athletic testing guide.
- Click-through video demonstrations for all exercises.
- Detailed programme guide and introduction.
- In person coaching and 1-1 available as an add-on.

What to expect:
- Within 48 hours of purchase you'll be sent an initial goals form and athletic base program to begin preparation for our style of training.
- Once your goals form is completed a coaching call will be arranged.
- Following the call and completion of the athletic base program, your ongoing individualised program will begin.
