Stroke Clinic Mondays with Jess

Paddle stronger, more efficiently, better.

Four weeks of stroke clinics for intermediate paddlers.  We will meet on Mondays, 6-7:30 pm.  Dates are May 13, 20 (skip May 27, Memorial Day) June 3 and 10.

We will work on stroke form, timing, body positioning.  Improve your stroke, use your whole body to paddle and steer, work on directional paddling and pivot turns, FALL IN, HAVE FUN!  

I just returned from 2 weeks of paddling with Seychelle Webster and Larry Cain and I am super excited to share what I have learned with the 510 community.
