6-Week Vitality Programme (60+)
This programme is specifically designed for adults aged 60+ who want to improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life in a safe, supportive environment.
Over the 6 weeks, you’ll take part in 2 fully coached sessions per week, giving you a total of 12 sessions, all led by experienced coaches who understand how to adapt training to suit all abilities and backgrounds.
Each session focuses on:
• Building strength to support joints and reduce risk of injury
• Improving balance and coordination to help prevent falls
• Increasing mobility and flexibility for everyday movement
• Boosting fitness levels, energy, and confidence
You’ll be training in a small, supportive group, with people of a similar age and ability, so you never feel out of place or overwhelmed.
