Foundation Membership

Our Foundation membership is the backbone of Crew42- designed for people who want consistent structure, expert coaching, and real results without the overwhelm. 

This monthly small group personal training membership gives you the perfect balance of personalised coaching and motivating energy.

Every session is fully coached, with a strong focus on correct technique, progressive overload, fat loss, strength building, and long term fitness. 

You'll train alongside a small group of like-minded people receiving ongoing guidance from our coaches, and follow a structured programme that removes guesswork and keeps you accountable week after week. 

What's included: 

  • up to 3 coached small group PT sessions per week

  • Structured strength & conditioning programming

  • Expert coaching and form correction every session

  • Supportive, non-intimidating training environment

  • Consistency, accountability, and visible progress

Monday, Wednesday & Friday

06.00, 06.30, 09.30, 16.00, 17.30, 18.00 & 19.00

Membership details:

  • Monthly payments 

  • billed on 1st of each month (first payment will be pro rated if not starting on 1st)

  • 6-month minimum commitment

This membership is ideal if you want to train regularly, get stronger, feel fitter, and be part of a supportive gym community- without having to think about what to do when you walk through the door.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 6 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
