6-Week Intro to HYROX – Beginners Programme
This 6-week Intro to HYROX programme is designed for anyone new to HYROX or looking to build confidence before joining full HYROX classes or competing.
You’ll train 3 times per week in a private studio, following a fully structured programme written by HYROX coaches. Sessions focus on learning all HYROX movements safely, improving strength, conditioning, and endurance, and progressing week by week in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
What’s included:
• 6 weeks of training
• 3 coached sessions per week (18 sessions total)
• Fully programmed HYROX training
• Small group coaching for personalised support
• Confidence-building approach for beginners
Session times:
Tuesdays 5:30pm
Thursdays 7:15pm
Saturdays 10:30am
Investment: £180 (covers all 18 sessions)
Spaces are strictly limited to 10 people to ensure high-quality coaching and support throughout the programme.
