Please note first class gives you access to Fundamental classes only; not Open Level or Intermediate classes. This is so if you have never tried Classical Pilates on the equipment before you will have an introduction to the basics.

***Please be aware due to insurance and health and safety that no jewellery is allowed to be worn in the studio. This includes wedding bands, facial piercings, ear studs, bracelets, watches, anklets, toe rings, necklaces and nose studs. Unfortunately our insurer has stipulated plasters covering items is not possible and that if items cannot be removed we are not insured to teach you; apologies.***

Class is available to take one month after purchase and non-refundable.
