Every wanted to try Equipment Pilates and get some 1:1 instruction to get you started? Here is the pack for you:

With your instructor, you will be introduced to the Pilates equipment developing your practice as you move around in a circuit style. Come along and meet the Pilates reformer, the wunda chair, springboard, and props with the support and guidance of instructor Josie Bower or Leanne Copley. (please note you may be in the room with another 1:1 and instructor, or you could just be getting the place to yourself!)

From here as part of your package you can then join equipment classes. Studio equipment classes at Wells Road Osteopaths allow you to experience tailored feedback similar to a 1:1 but in small classes of 4 people maximum. The introduction 1:1 session is a great way to get a feel for the kit before you come into a slightly busier environment.
