A 6-week Pilates-led reset programme

Sona Reset is a small-group programme designed to help you rebuild strength, improve energy, and create more consistency in your movement and wellbeing.

This is more than a weekly class — it’s a guided 6-week reset with structure, support and accountability to help you feel stronger, more connected to your body, and more like yourself again.

Designed for those who know movement helps them feel better, but struggle to stay consistent amongst the demands of daily life.

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll receive:
✨ 1 x in-studio Pilates session per week
✨ 2 x short guided home practice videos per week
✨ weekly check-ins and support
✨ simple wellbeing guidance and encouragement to help you stay on track without overwhelm

Together we’ll focus on:
• strength and supportive movement
• posture, mobility and body awareness
• energy and consistency
• creating realistic habits that fit into everyday life

The programme is intentionally kept small (maximum 6 people) to allow for a supportive and personalised experience.
