Beginniner Pilates
If you've ever been curious about Pilates but weren't sure where to start, this four-week course is exactly what you've been waiting for.
Starting Tuesday 30th June, we'll meet every week at 5pm for a gentle, welcoming introduction to mat Pilates — no experience needed, no equipment, nothing to worry about. Just you, a mat, and an hour dedicated entirely to yourself.
Over four Tuesday evenings you'll begin to discover how Pilates can build real strength from the inside out, ease tension you didn't even know you were carrying, and leave you standing a little taller and breathing a little easier. It's calm, it's nourishing, and it moves at a pace that feels just right for beginners.
