Mum and Baby Pilates
A relaxed class where your baby is welcome and you have freedom to balance exercise with the need of your little one. The benefits of this class is to strengthen pelvic floor muscles, re-educate and retrain muscles throughout the body where natural changes have occurred.
Babies and pre-walkers are welcome along to this class. Suitable for mums from 6 weeks post-partum.
Please bring along a Yoga / Pilates Mat and small towel.
