I offer a very personalised transformation program; you will drop at least a clothes size in 4 weeks if you follow my advice, and turn up to every training session we have arranged.
Your 1st session will be your initial (free) consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, set some preliminary targets and talk about what you’d like to get out of our training sessions together.
I’ll also take your measurements, and blood pressure, and do a complete body metabolic analysis using my body composition scales, so you have a starting point. We’ll repeat this body metabolic analysis at 4-weekly intervals.
Typically, the initial consultation gives me an opportunity to find out what you’d like to achieve, and the timeframe so I can start planning my approach to your training.
We’ll train together twice a week, plus you’ll have access to the JMFitness 8-week nutrition-for-health plan that has recipes, shopping lists, meal suggestions, etc and, if you need it, we can meet up via Zoom, once every 4 weeks to discuss your progress and tweak any action plans, etc.
During your initial consultation, I’ll take a look at your diet so I can get a better understanding of your nutrition knowledge.
We’ll then talk about your food diary and discuss your responses to the Members Consultation Form in more detail and I’ll be able to answer any questions you may have about the training.

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") are entered into by and between JMFitnessUK (hereinafter referred to as "JMFitness") and You (hereinafter referred to as "the Member"). By accessing and utilizing the services provided by JMFitness, the Member agrees to comply with and be bound by the Agreement outlined herein.
SERVICES:
a. This membership entitles the Member to access the JMFitness venue, equipment, training program, and personal coaching services available therein.
MEMBERSHIP:
a. The membership is personal and cannot be shared.
AGE LIMIT:
a. The Member confirms that they are 18 years old or older.
b. Exceptions may be granted for persons aged 16 or 17 years old based on written parental consent.
c. Persons under 16 years of age must be supervised at all times.
PAYMENT:
a. The Member is responsible for the payment of the membership.
b. This responsibility remains even if the amount is debited directly by JMFitness.
c. The agreed price only applies if the Member pays according to the agreed conditions.
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION (ROLLING 5 SESSIONS):
a. All new Personal Training (PT) memberships are subject to a minimum term of 90 days. Upon signing this agreement, the first payment for 5 sessions or a pro-rata amount, along with any applicable sign-up fees, is due. Subsequent payments for the following 5 sessions should be made prior to the commencement of the fifth session to ensure uninterrupted access to the next set of 5 sessions. Please note that payments will be automatically processed through Stripe on a mutually agreed date, which occurs every 5 sessions. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring timely and complete payments, including any automatic debits facilitated by JMFitness.
b. If the payment is late, the Member will receive a reminder email from JMFitness, and access may be suspended. The membership continues to run even if access is suspended. If the amount remains unpaid after 30 days, the Member is in violation of the contract, and the total outstanding amount of the contract will be due. JMFitness may transfer the case to a debt collector, which may add additional fees.
c. The Member has given approval for an automatic debit from their account or card, and cancellations must be requested in TeamUp with a minimum of 60 days' notice required.
RESCHEDULING / MISSED SESSIONS:
The Member understands that missed sessions do NOT carry over into the next week or phase, and they are responsible for attending all JMFitness sessions. Any missed sessions must be canceled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice in writing.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
a. Within 7 days from the start of the membership, the Member can cancel their membership free of charge and will be reimbursed in full, provided that no sessions have already been attended.
RENEWAL & CANCELLATION:
a. Membership Subscriptions - The contract runs for a minimum of 90 days, during which time it cannot be canceled. At the end of the contract period, the membership is automatically renewed on an agreed date on a rolling 10-session basis. The member must request a cancellation in TeamUp by logging into goteamup.com with at least 60 days' notice required to cancel rolling Personal Training (PT) memberships. JMFitness will send reminder emails before the end of the contract period. The Member is responsible for their own cancellation request.
b. Exceptional cancellation - a 30-day cancellation is exceptionally granted if the Member moves more than ten kilometers away from any JMFitness venue, upon presentation of an official document validating the change of address.
c. The Member may also cancel their membership due to medical reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate, or in the event of job loss, upon presentation of an official document.
HEALTH:
a. The Member confirms that they do not have any health problems that would hinder exercise, prevent them from engaging in training, or be detrimental to their health, safety, or physical condition if they were to exercise.
b. The Member should consult with a medical professional before starting any fitness program.
c. JMFitness is not obligated to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member's physical condition. If an evaluation is conducted by JMFitness, it is solely for the purpose of tracking the Member's progress and not for diagnostic purposes.
DOCTOR APPROVAL:
a. The Member confirms that they have either received a doctor's permission to participate in the Training or will voluntarily participate without the approval of their doctor(s), assuming all risks related to the Training - the Member should disclose any relevant medical or physical conditions to ensure their safety during training.
b. The Member represents that they are unaware of any medical or physical conditions that would prevent them from participating in the Training or using the equipment or facilities, which pose a serious health risk to them.
c. JMFitness relies on the Member's statements as accurate and complete, as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
d. The Member acknowledges and agrees that they are not obligated to participate in any training they do not wish to participate in and will inform JMFitness immediately of their decision.
LIABILITY:
a. The Member will be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by them at the JMFitness venue. The Member is responsible for covering any costs incurred, upon presentation of a statement thereof.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
a. Any and all use of the JMFitness venue (online or in-person) is at the Member's own risk at all times.
b. The Member shall not utilize any equipment unless they are knowledgeable about its appropriate usage.
c. JMFitness shall not be liable for any injuries, physical impact, or damages to the Member, or the Member's property. JMFitness shall not be subject to any claim arising out of the use of the premises and/or equipment made available to the users.
NAME AND LIKENESS RELEASE:
a. The Member understands that JMFitness may photograph or video them prior to, during the delivery of, or at the completion of Training.
b. The Member agrees to allow JMFitness to use photographs, videos, name, and likeness for promotional purposes.
c. The Member can opt out if they don't want their images used.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
a. The Member is responsible for their own personal belongings at all times while at the JMFitness venue.
LOST PROPERTY OR THEFT:
a. JMFitness does not take responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of any personal belongings.
b. Any items left at the JMFitness venue will be kept for a period of two weeks before being disposed of.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
JMFitness is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members. We expect the Member to adhere to the following code of conduct to ensure a positive experience for everyone. By joining JMFitness and using our facilities and services, you agree to abide by these guidelines:
a. Respect and Consideration: The Member is expected to treat fellow members, staff, and instructors with respect, courtesy, and fairness. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
b. Personal Hygiene and Cleanliness: The Member is responsible for maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness while using the facilities. This includes wearing appropriate workout attire, using towels, and cleaning equipment after use.
c. Safety and Equipment Usage: the Member will prioritize their safety and the safety of others by using equipment and facilities properly, following safety instructions, and seeking assistance when necessary. Any unsafe or reckless behavior may result in immediate termination of membership.
d. Noise and Disturbances: The Member will keep noise levels to a minimum, respecting the need for a calm and focused environment. The Member will refrain from engaging in disruptive behavior that may interfere with other members' workouts.
e. Compliance with Policies and Regulations: The Member must adhere to all policies, rules, and procedures set forth by JMFitness. This includes following instructions from staff or instructors regarding facility usage, equipment handling, and safety guidelines.
f. Confidentiality and Privacy: The Member is expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and staff. Sharing personal information or any confidential business-related information without proper authorization is prohibited.
g. Payment and Membership Obligations: The Member is expected to fulfill all financial obligations promptly and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. The Member should inform JMFitness immediately of any changes to payment information or membership status.
h. Professional Conduct: The Member will refrain from engaging in any activity that may harm the reputation of JMFitness or its members, staff, or trainers. The Member will act in a professional manner when interacting with JMFitness personnel.
i. Compliance with Health Guidelines: The Member will follow all health guidelines and protocols set forth by JMFitness or applicable regulatory bodies. The Member will refrain from attending sessions if experiencing symptoms of illness or contagious conditions.
j. Compliance with Laws: The Member must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while at the fitness facility. This includes refraining from any illegal activities, substance abuse, or engaging in any behavior that could pose a risk to themselves or others.
k. JMFitness reserves the right to amend or modify the code of conduct at any time. The Member will be notified of any changes, and their continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of the updated code of conduct.

SUSPENSION/TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
a. JMFitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any Member who violates the code of conduct, at the sole discretion of the management, without entitlement to a refund.
b. A violation of the code of conduct refers to any behavior or action that goes against the established rules, guidelines, and standards set by JMFitness for its members.
c. If the Member violates the code of conduct established by JMFitness, the following process will be followed for termination of their membership:
i. JMFitness will provide written notification to the Member, either by email or registered mail, outlining the specific violation(s) committed and the intention to terminate their membership.
ii. Prior to the termination, JMFitness may conduct an investigation to gather evidence and assess the severity and validity of the alleged violation. This investigation may involve gathering witness statements, reviewing surveillance footage, or any other relevant means to establish the facts.
iii. The Member will be given an opportunity to respond to the allegations within 7 days from the date of the notification. During this period, the Member may present their side of the story, provide any evidence or mitigating circumstances, or request a meeting with JMFitness management to discuss the matter further.
iv. After considering the Member's response and any additional information gathered during the investigation, JMFitness management will make a decision regarding the termination of the membership. The decision will be based on the severity of the violation, the impact on other members or staff, and the overall adherence to the code of conduct.
v. If JMFitness decides to proceed with the termination, the Member will be notified of the decision in writing, either by email or registered mail. The termination letter will specify the effective date of termination and provide clear reasons for the decision.
vi. Depending on the circumstances and any contractual agreements, JMFitness may determine if any refunds or penalties are applicable to the terminated membership. This may include forfeiting any remaining prepaid fees or applying penalties for early termination, as specified in the initial membership agreement.
vii. The terminated Member will be required to return any JMFitness property, access cards, or other items associated with their membership within a specified timeframe. Failure to return such items may result in additional charges or legal actions to recover the property.
d. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Member acknowledges and agrees to comply with the code of conduct outlined above. JMFitness reserves the right to enforce the code of conduct and take appropriate action, including termination of membership, in the event of a violation. In such cases, refunds will be determined at the discretion of JMFitness, considering factors such as the severity of the violation and any applicable administrative or cancellation fees. JMFitness's decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
ACCESS & SECURITY:
a. JMFitness operates from Monday to Saturday, with the exception of bank holidays and exceptional circumstances, which may result in variations in operating hours.
b. Personal Training (PT) sessions must be booked in advance through JMFitness.
c. Sessions and instructors are subject to change without prior notice.
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION:
a. In the event that a JMFitness venue becomes inaccessible due to a business interruption, JMFitness will provide a full schedule of Outdoor, Live Online, and/or recorded on-demand sessions and content to the Member.
b. If a JMFitness venue remains inaccessible for a period exceeding 30 days, the Member will have the option to reduce their membership fee to 40 POUND STERLING per month.
c. Alternatively, the Member can choose to give 30 days' notice to pause their membership until the JMFitness venue reopens.
d. Upon the reopening of the JMFitness venue, all memberships will be reset to the original payment amount.
PRICE CHANGES:
a. Any changes to membership prices will be communicated to the Member at least one month prior to implementation.
b. The Member will have the following options to respond to price changes as set out in the terms and conditions:
i. By continuing to use the services or facilities provided by JMFitness after being notified of the price change, the Member is deemed to have accepted the new pricing. In such cases, the updated price will be applicable to their future billing cycles.
ii. If the Member does not wish to accept the price change, they have the right to terminate their membership before the new pricing takes effect. Termination should be requested in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in the terms and conditions.
iii. In some cases, JMFitness may offer the Member the option to reduce their membership fee to a specified amount in response to a price change. The Member can choose this option if available, and the reduced fee will be applicable to their future billing cycles.
iv. It is important for the Member to carefully review the details of any price change notifications and consider their options before making a decision. Once a price change takes effect, the Member is responsible for the payment of fees as outlined in the updated pricing structure, unless they choose to terminate their membership or accept any alternative options provided by JMFitness.
BILLING AND PAYMENT:
a. Membership for this program bills every 5 sessions.
b. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in that period.
c. This membership entitles the Member to access the Personal Training (PT) services offered by JMFitness.
d. Unless otherwise specified, this membership is non-transferable.
e. The Member's payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

a. Any changes to membership prices will be communicated to the Member at least one month prior to implementation.
b. The Member will have the following options to respond to price changes as set out in the terms and conditions:
i. By continuing to use the services or facilities provided by JMFitness after being notified of the price change, the Member is deemed to have accepted the new pricing. In such cases, the updated price will be applicable to their future billing cycles.
ii. If the Member does not wish to accept the price change, they have the right to terminate their membership before the new pricing takes effect. Termination should be requested in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in the terms and conditions.
iii. In some cases, JMFitness may offer the Member the option to reduce their membership fee to a specified amount in response to a price change. The Member can choose this option if available, and the reduced fee will be applicable to their future billing cycles.
iv. It is important for the Member to carefully review the details of any price change notifications and consider their options before making a decision. Once a price change takes effect, the Member is responsible for the payment of fees as outlined in the updated pricing structure, unless they choose to terminate their membership or accept any alternative options provided by JMFitness.
BILLING AND PAYMENT:
a. Membership for this program bills every 5 sessions.
b. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in that period.
c. This membership entitles the Member to access the Personal Training (PT) services offered by JMFitness.
d. Unless otherwise specified, this membership is non-transferable.
e. The Member's payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
