Thanks for your interest in our Personal Coaching Programme. The investment is an upfront payment of £395.00. This is for your 1st 10 sessions, starting with a one-hour initial consultation session, and your results are money-back guaranteed. I offer a very personalised transformation program; you will drop at least a clothes size in 4 weeks if you follow my advice, and turn up to every training session we have arranged. Your 1st session will be your initial consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, set some preliminary targets and talk about what you’d like to get out of our training sessions together. I’ll also take your measurements, and blood pressure, and do a complete body metabolic analysis using my body composition scales, so you have a starting point. We’ll repeat this body metabolic analysis at 4-weekly intervals. Typically, the initial consultation gives me an opportunity to find out what you’d like to achieve, and the timeframe so I can start planning my approach to your training. We’ll train together twice a week, plus you’ll have access to the JMFitness 8-week nutrition-for-health plan that has recipes, shopping lists, meal suggestions, etc and, if you need it, we can meet up via Zoom, once every 4 weeks to discuss your progress and tweak any action plans, etc. During your initial consultation, I’ll take a look at your diet so I can get a better understanding of your nutrition knowledge. We’ll then talk about your food diary and discuss your responses to the Members Consultation Form in more detail and I’ll be able to answer any questions you may have about the training.

One-Off Personal Coaching Session – Description
Thanks for your interest in booking a one-off personal coaching session here at JM Fitness.
This single 1-hour session is ideal if you’d like some guidance on your technique, want a fresh workout plan, or simply fancy trying a session with me before deciding on anything longer-term.
During your session, we’ll talk through what you’d like to focus on — whether that’s strength, fitness, mobility, confidence, or getting back into exercise. I’ll run you through a tailored workout based on your goals and current ability, making sure you’re moving safely and effectively.
If you’re happy for me to, I can also take a few baseline measurements and run a quick body composition check using my metabolic scales. This helps you understand where you’re starting from and gives you clear information about things like muscle mass, hydration, body fat and metabolic age.
By the end of the hour you’ll have:
• A personalised training session based on your goals
• Technique coaching and clear guidance on what to work on
• A better understanding of where your fitness currently sits
• Practical tips you can take away and use straightaway
