New to yoga and not sure where to start? Start with us on this 3 week course.
This course is an introduction to yoga. We'll begin by covering some of the common poses and sequences along with a few breath work techniques. Over the weeks we'll gradually develop the poses and sequences taking a deeper look into postural alignment and begin syncing breath with movement.
The aim of this course is to kick start your yoga journey and get you comfortable in any of the classes on the studio schedule.
