Summer Solstice Workshop & Studio Social.

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year and a powerful time to connect with a time of transformation, new beginnings and the natural world. Celebrate the Summer Solstice with an energising yoga flow, followed by yin yoga, pranayama and guided meditation. Our asana practice will help us to connect to the solar energy of the solstice, creating heat and getting energy flowing. We will then connect deeper to our internal awareness through calming yin poses and breathwork exercises. The session will end with a guided relaxation meditation to help promote deep rest and rejuvenation.
