Beginners Aerial Hoop: 6-Week Course
This 6-week course is ideal for anyone new to aerial hoop, returning after a break, or looking to build confidence from the basics. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have a little experience already, this course will guide you through the fundamentals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
You’ll learn and build on key foundations including mounts, seats, poses and short sequences – all designed to develop your strength, flexibility, and coordination over time.
Everyone is welcome – there’s no need to be especially fit, strong, or a particular body type to get started. Just come as you are and give it a go!
