Beginners Pole 1: 6-Week Course
This beginners pole course is ideal for completely new starters, first timers, and people who have taken a break from pole and want to rebuild their confidence from scratch. Over the course of six weeks, you'll learn the foundation spins, seats, climbs and sequences to develop your strength, flexibility and co-ordination. We welcome everyone - you don't have to feel like you're already fit, strong or a certain body type to start! You can even wear leggings instead of shorts for the first week if you want to, while you get to grips with the basics.

Once booked, this course is non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, but if you know in advance that you are unable to make one or two sessions due to holiday or prior commitments, we can offer you a make-up session in lieu as long as you let us know in advance when booking onto the course.
