Nancy's Yoga classes are appropriate for both males and females of any age and ability. So, from complete novice to well practised yogis all are welcome. Predominately, her classes are Hatha, movement lead by breath.They give you the opportunity to find grounding, inner peace and stillness through your practice. Her classes teach you self-awareness, how to listen to yourself, to understand your emotions, to accept your limitations, to be the best version of yourself, kind to others and yourself. Namaste
