Pilates Mat Beginners
This is a L1/2 session teaching Pilates based exercises which are functional for the everyday life those of you over 60. The class normally starts with standing mobilisation, balance and strengthening work, moving onto floor based movements for strength and mobility. The class ends with a 5-10 min stretch and relaxation.
