Strength Training Beginners Course - SILVER

This is a 6-week small group (max 6) training.  The programme progresses week by week.  Sessions missed can be caught up via video. 

 

The SILVER payment plan (PP) covers the following:

1 x In-person sessions weekly

Mondays

12-1 or 3-4

2 x LIVE online sessions 

Wednesdays and Fridays

2-3

Basic course equipment:  Door anchor, 2 x 5kg 1m loop bands, carabiner
