If you're looking for workouts to enhance and support your daily lifestyle and enjoy 50 minutes where no-one needs you, you're in the right place. New Customers can access our two week intro pass and attend up to one class per day. The pass will be activated on the day of your first booking in January 2026. Passes must be activated by January 31st at the latest. The cancelation policy is 4 hours before the class start time. Anymore than 3 no-shows or late cancel will result in a £3 charge per class.
