A 90-minute journey into stillness, spaciousness, and inner clarity.

This session is intentionally crafted for anyone who’s been feeling the pressure of daily life, the rushing, the responsibilities, the emotional build-up, or the tension that comes from navigating relationships and expectations.

Through gentle meditative breathwork, music, and mindful presence, we will focus on:

releasing emotional and mental overload
softening the nervous system
reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm
finding clarity and steadiness
creating space for a calmer, more centred version of you

It’s a moment to come home to yourself.

Breathwork is a safe practice when done in a supportive and guided environment. However, some breathwork styles, can lead to intense physical and emotional releases and are not suitable for everyone. For your safety, participation in breathwork session is NOT allowed if you have certain medical, neurological, psychiatric, or chronic conditions or you are pregnant. Non Refundable.
