Through guided breathwork, music and movement you will gently release stored stress and emotional weight, allowing your nervous system to soften and reset. As you let go of what no longer serves you, you create space to feel lighter, calmer, and more peaceful.

Is breathwork safe?
Breathwork is a safe practice when done in a supportive and guided environment. However, some breathwork styles, can lead to intense physical and emotional releases and are not suitable for everyone. For your safety, participation in breathwork session is NOT allowed if you have certain medical, neurological, psychiatric, or chronic conditions or you are pregnant. Non Refundable.
