This coaching package is not transferable. The first payment is due on the start date of the coaching package. If you cancel within a day of a the group session you could be charged full price for that session. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the coaching package. There is a 14 day cancellation period and you can cancel through TeamUp by going onto the accounts option. Boom Coaching Limited are a coaching provider and anyone receiving tuition from Boom Coaching must become a member of their respective club after the first month of play, failure to join the club will result in the termination of this coaching agreement. If you can't make a group you can book any other group that week to make up for your missed session and multiple missed sessions can not be stored up as credits. We understand that these are turbulent times financially and if you can no longer afford coaching because of a change in circumstances please email us and we will try hard to work something out.
