This membership entitles you to a free group foundations course and three months CrossFit® Trio which includes 3 x any classes per week (equivalent cost £310)

Once the introductory membership is purchased, ECF will enroll you onto the next group foundations course. Your introductory membership will start on the first day after your CrossFit® Foundations course has been completed.

You must have completed the Eccleshall CrossFit® Foundations Course prior to using your 10-class pack. Unless you have previous experience with the speciality class you would like to attend.

This ensures that you are proficient in the basic exercises so you can participate in our classes Safely.

Open gym membership allows you to use all of the equipment in the facility, (unless the class is using the C2 equipment), this membership doesn't allow you to access classes.
