Contract Summary:
This pass provides you with monthly unlimited access to all Kids BJJ classes listed on the Hampstead BJJ / My Fitness Boutique timetable. Please be aware the membership is subject to our standard terms and conditions and that the class timetable is subject change without notice.
AGREEMENT TERMS
Please be aware you are committing to a monthly payment of £70.00 to My Fitness Boutique Ltd for a minimum membership of one month.
After your first month, (the minimum term) your membership payments will continue on a monthly basis. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds available in your bank account, as your bank may charge you a fee for any failed Direct Debit payment. Subsequent monthly payments of £70.00 will commence every month and will continue on or after the date of purchase of each month thereafter.
You may cancel this agreement by sending us an email to frontdesk@myfitnessboutique.co.uk with a month's notice in advance.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
