AGREEMENT TERMS
Please be aware you are committing to a monthly payment of £110.00 to My Fitness Boutique Ltd for a minimum membership of one month.
After your first month, (the minimum term) your membership payments will continue on a monthly basis. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds available in your bank account, as your bank may charge you a fee for any failed Direct Debit payment. Subsequent monthly payments of £110.00 will commence every month and will continue on or after the date of purchase of each month thereafter.
