One Week Foundation Experience
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 1 week.

The One Week Foundation Experience is your starting point at NG Sweat.

You’ll train with us up to three times in our women-only small group sessions (maximum 6 per session), receiving hands-on coaching, personalised attention and structured full-body workouts designed around your current level.

From day one, we focus on movement quality, appropriate intensity and building confidence in the gym environment.

Alongside your training, we’ll set clear nutrition targets and give you full access to our coaching app, home workouts and recipe vault to help you feel organised and in control from the start.

The goal for the week is simple:

Feel stronger, feel energised, experience the environment, drop a couple of pounds and decide your next step with clarity.

If it’s a great fit on both sides, we’ll outline your next step within NG Sweat.

Once purchased, if we haven't already spoken, Tom will be in touch to answer any questions and help plan your week.



Terms and Conditions

This membership is valid for 7 consecutive days from the date of first booking.
As our small group sessions are limited to six women per session, this membership is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
After signing up, you’ll be able to book into any available sessions within your week through this booking system.
