Signature Duo and Joint Memberships
Signature Duo is available to two adults (16+) living at the same residential address. Proof of address may be requested at sign‑up or if details change
Signature Duo covers two individual member profiles under one shared payment plan.
Both members receive the full benefits of the Signature tier.
Members can train together or separately; session usage is not shared or pooled.
All payments are taken from one primary account holder. The primary account holder is responsible for keeping payment details up to date. Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension for both members until resolved.
The two named members cannot be changed and must each hold an individual account. The shared membership will be attached to both accounts.
Both members must live at the same address for the duration of the membership.
If one or both members move, the membership must either: be updated to reflect the new shared address, or be transferred to two individual memberships, or be cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.
Signature Duo follows the same cancellation and freeze terms as the standard Signature membership.
A cancellation or freeze request from the primary account holder applies to both members.
Individual freezes are not available under a shared plan.
