It’s your dedicated, uninterrupted time with a coach to refine your training and make sure you’re progressing toward the results you want.

🧩 Your Movement Profile (30‑Minute Bolt‑On £20)
A focused 30‑minute, one‑to‑one appointment designed to give you personalised insight into your movement patterns. Understand how you move, identify what’s holding you back, and refine key exercises so you feel more confident and empowered in your group workouts.

📺 Workout of the Week - Open Sessions
Written up on the studio TV, this independent session changes every week. It gives you a fresh workout you can follow at your own pace, with clear structure and movements laid out so you can train confidently without a coach.

🎟 Two Guest Passes Every 4 Weeks
Every four weeks you’ll receive two guest passes to bring friends or family along to experience a workout with you... a great way to share the environment you love and introduce others to the community.
